Ciel Pia, a 2003 Kamehameha Schools graduate now living in Brooklyn and trying to break into the fashion world in New York, sends word that she’s entered a fashion competition to design an outfit for Brit performer Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine.

She sent a link to her design illustration, shown, as well as a request for help keeping her stay in the competition’s top 10 via Facebook votes.
